A multi billion Naira 21 flour high rise luxury residential dubbed 16 Alexander Tower in the upscale lkoyi, Lagos on a 4, 376.216 square meters has gotten December ,2027 date.
The Project Manager of the building Prabal Chakrabarti of Cappa and D’Alberto PLC the main contractors of the project said they are building with the highest safety , structural stability and luxury protocol associated with their decades of construction in Nigeria. He said the luxury tower have 54 units with 158 parking spaces with the first to the 3rd floor also reserved exclusively for parking for both residents and their visitors.
According to him no other building in the upscale area of lkoyi that arguably have the most expensive and exclusive residential and exclusive building can boast of the features they have embedded in to the building.
Also, speaking a representative of the Engineers to the project, Ayankoya Oladapo said the flats have inbuilt systems that have the capacity to douse fire in case of fire in any of the flats. He said there is manned and unmanned Sprinklers in the event that the owner of the flat is not around and there’s fire out break . This same thing he says applies to the car parks making the building a safe place to live and invest in.
