The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) has officially endorsed ten of Nigeria’s most promising PropTech and housing technology companies following their emergence as winners of the AIHS Innovation Challenge held during the 20th Anniversary (Legacy Edition) of the Africa International Housing Show in Abuja in July 2026.
The innovators emerged after impressing a panel of industry experts with cutting-edge solutions designed to tackle some of Africa’s biggest housing and real estate challenges through technology, sustainability, digital intelligence and innovative business models.
The endorsement was announced as part of the AIHS @20 Housing Innovation Hub and the inauguration of the AIHS Innovators Club, an initiative established to identify, nurture, promote and support emerging innovators capable of transforming Africa’s housing and construction industry.
According to AIHS, the selected innovators demonstrated exceptional creativity in areas such as housing affordability, construction technology, property intelligence, digital investment platforms, facility management, sustainable housing and smart property solutions.
The endorsed innovators are:
- John Oamen – CUTSTRUCT, a PropTech company transforming construction procurement and project delivery through digital innovation.
- Israel Ihaza – OIKUS, developer of a Real Estate Intelligence Engine providing advanced market data and analytics.
- Terver Orbunde – NULO AFRICA, a digital property investment platform expanding access to secure real estate investments.
- Muhammad Tukur – PROPA BRIDGE, offering property intelligence solutions that improve investment and development decisions.
- Arc. Gideon Okolie – ECOJINDU NG. LTD., promoting environmentally sustainable and affordable social housing solutions.
- Samuel Alabi and Olayinka Abiola – META-IV SOLUTIONS, pioneers in digital fabrication technologies for modern construction.
- Folabi Obembe – WORLDVIEW PRO, providing technology-driven facility management services based on international standards.
- Nnamdi Uba – SYTEMAP, developing innovative digital solutions for property management and real estate operations.
- Aliyu Ibrahim – PLOTBASE (PRISMAFORGE), delivering digital technologies that improve property planning, development and investment.
- Ola-Jacobs Ipinmoroto – The Affordable Housing Company Ltd., advancing scalable and sustainable affordable housing delivery models.
AIHS described the ten innovators as outstanding examples of the next generation of entrepreneurs who are redefining the future of real estate in Africa through innovation and technology.
The organisation called on governments, housing agencies, financial institutions, developers, investors, development partners and corporate organisations to support the innovators through partnerships, patronage, strategic collaborations and investment, noting that indigenous innovation remains critical to solving Africa’s housing deficit.
AIHS further announced that it is making a long-term commitment to promote every member of its Innovation Hub and the AIHS Innovators Club by providing sustained business development support beyond the annual exhibition.
According to the organisation, members will benefit from increased visibility through AIHS programmes, strategic business introductions, investor engagement, marketing support, networking opportunities, media exposure, policy advocacy and access to local and international partnerships designed to accelerate the growth of their businesses.
The organisation therefore encouraged all members of the AIHS Innovation Hub and the AIHS Innovators Club to feel free to contact AIHS whenever they require business support, investment linkages, market access, partnerships, marketing opportunities or promotional support.
AIHS stated that the Innovation Hub is not merely an innovation competition but a long-term business growth platform created to help promising innovators transform great ideas into successful enterprises capable of shaping the future of Africa’s housing sector.
The organisation also reaffirmed its commitment to developing the next generation of leaders for Africa’s housing and real estate industry through the AIHS Innovation Hub and the AIHS Professionals Youth Club.
According to AIHS, both initiatives will continue to attract some of Africa’s brightest young talents from diverse disciplines, including real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, technology, finance, urban planning, law, research, communications and entrepreneurship, who are committed to taking over from the present generation of leaders in Africa’s housing industry.
AIHS said the objective is to identify, mentor, nurture and empower exceptional young professionals and innovators with the vision, competence and integrity required to become the future leaders of Africa’s housing and construction sector.

It noted that beyond organising Africa’s largest housing and construction event every year, AIHS remains committed to raising the next generation of industry leaders through its numerous platforms for innovation, mentorship, research, networking, leadership development and business support.
The organisation added that this mission is further strengthened through its ownership of Housing TV Africa, Africa’s first dedicated housing television station, as well as its portfolio of housing-related television programmes and media platforms, which provide year-round visibility, knowledge sharing, policy advocacy and opportunities for young innovators and professionals to showcase their ideas before governments, investors and industry leaders across Africa.
AIHS said it would continue expanding these platforms to ensure that Africa produces globally competitive housing professionals, innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders capable of delivering sustainable solutions to the continent’s housing challenges.
