7-Fifteen Capital Limited expands into Lagos luxury real estate market

Luxury real estate development company, 7-Fifteen Capital Limited, has formally entered the Lagos property market with the launch of its Lagos office at a landmark event held in Ikoyi over the weekend.
The launch marks a significant expansion move for the company as it positions itself within Nigeria’s most vibrant and competitive real estate landscape.
The evening commenced with an art exhibition by Yenwa Gallery titled Load-Bearing, featuring five sculptural works commissioned by 7-Fifteen Capital. The exhibition offered visual interpretations of the company’s developments and architectural evolution, including its Lagos project, Zuri Residences on George Street, Ikoyi, which is currently under development.
Guests were introduced to the company’s design philosophy and vision for premium living through the artistic showcase, which highlighted the brand’s commitment to architecture, craftsmanship, and luxury living.
The event attracted prominent business leaders, investors, and public figures, including Chairman ,Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote; Chairman ,Metis Capital Partners, Hakeem Belo-Osagie; Founder ,Stanbic IBTC and the ANAP Foundation, Atedo Peterside; and Co-Founder, Access Bank and Coronation Group as well as Chairman of the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede.
Also in attendance were the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Jumoke Oduwole; Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa; and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Delivering the keynote address, Governor Sanwo-Olu spoke on Lagos’ continued growth and its potential as a global real estate destination. He stressed the critical role quality developers play in shaping a city that is not only functional but aspirational.
The governor formally welcomed 7-Fifteen Capital to Lagos and expressed confidence in the company’s commitment to excellence, timely delivery, and thoughtful design.
Speaking on the company’s expansion into Lagos, Chief Executive Officer /Co-Founder of 7-Fifteen Capital, Tope Adekoya, said the company was driven by a vision to create refined and intentional living spaces.
“When we founded 7-Fifteen, our goal was simple: to build refined, intentional spaces that people would be proud to call home. In Abuja, that vision grew into developments like Myari Lakeside, The Residence, and The Cove Lakeside, projects defined by craftsmanship and a deep respect for the relationship between architecture and everyday living,” he said.
“Now, as we enter Lagos, a city driven by energy, ambition, and constant evolution, we do so with the same philosophy and a long-term commitment to contributing meaningful value to its future landscape.”
The launch ceremony also featured a panel discussion titled, From Land to Keys: Fixing the Gaps in Lagos Real Estate Delivery, where industry leaders and practitioners examined opportunities and challenges shaping property development in Lagos.
A major highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the 7-Fifteen Foundation, the company’s social impact initiative aimed at advancing social welfare and expanding opportunities for underserved communities, particularly children and young adults facing barriers to education, employment, vocational training, and access to basic needs.
Commenting on the initiative, Deputy Chief Executive Officer /Co-Founder of 7-Fifteen Capital, Adesuwa Belo-Osagie, said the company’s commitment extends beyond property development.
“We are not just building in Lagos, we are building for Lagos. The same care we bring to creating beautiful, lasting homes is the care we want to extend to the communities around them,” she said.
“Through the Foundation, we are investing in people, especially young people, who deserve greater access to opportunity. Good living is not only about the spaces we occupy, but also about the lives we are able to build within them.”
The event ended with a networking reception attended by financiers, developers, investors, and business leaders, underscoring growing interest in the company’s Lagos expansion and future projects.
