President , Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Victor Adekunle Alonge, has called on critical stakeholders in the real estate industry to its 55th National Annual Conference and AGM.In a statement signed by the Honorary National Publicity Secretary of the Institution, Richard Olodu, stated that Dr. Zaccheaus Adelabu Adedeji, Special Adviser to the President on Revenue & Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) shall be the keynote Speaker at the event . In addition, he said the conference will also host highly experienced and resourceful speakers from both the public and organized private sectors, spanning national and international levels to share insights on the theme of the Conference; “Transform, Invest, Thrive: Optimizing Real Estate Finance and Taxation.” He pledged that the Conference promises to lay the groundwork for long-term economic growth and stability in Nigeria, bench-marking on real estate.On the expected Guests, Olodu, disclosed that the President Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be the Special Guest of Honour, while His Excellency, Senator Godswill Akpobio will be the Guests of Honour.Others are Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, Housing minister Ahmed Musa Dangiwa and the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun .
