LULI Concert Convener seeks Community Engagement participation to Societal progress, hosts Volunteers to Appreciation Dinner

Lagos Nigeria, Elberachah Worship Ministry, a non-governmental organisation and organisers of Luli Concert, hosted its volunteers to an appreciation dinner and awards ceremony in Ikeja, Lagos on Friday 26th May, 2023. 

Dr. Gbenga Daniel-Adebayo, convener of Elberachah Worship Ministry thanked volunteers for their immeasurable contributions to the success of Luli Concert and her community outreach programs.

He noted that ‘this appreciation Dinner is to celebrate the unsung heroes and heroines that have continually sacrificed their time and resources to ensure the continuity of the concert’.

Special recognition awards were also given to outstanding volunteers across the five departments – Ushering/Protocol, Media, Medical, Security and Logistics departments respectfully.

Admonishing the awardees, Mr. Gbenga Alabetutu, the chairman of Luli Concert emphasized the importance of selfless contributions and its impact on community development. 

He pointed out that ‘while it is impossible for the government to undertake every aspect of community development, it is important for members of the community to contribute meaningful to the growth of their community.’

To this end, volunteers of Luli Concert, are contributing selflessly to improve their community through outreach programs that better the community.
