Delta Airlines has been named the Best Airline for the year 2024 and also received the Best Staff award, based on a passenger survey conducted by Skytrax, organizers of the World Airlines Award.
The airline was recognized for its exceptional performance in both operational excellence and human capital at the 2024 World Airline Awards held recently in the United Kingdom. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Delta has won the Best Airline in North America award and the third consecutive year for the Best Staff award.
The Skytrax World Airline Awards are highly esteemed accolades that celebrate excellence in the global airline industry. Winners are determined by passengers themselves through Skytrax’s extensive World Airline Survey, the largest customer experience survey of its kind.
Director of Global Communications, Ralph Albus, commented on Delta’s achievement, stating, “Winning these awards underscores how our dedication to providing the very best travel experience is appreciated by the 200 million customers who choose to fly with Delta every year.
